Bespoke jobs are welcome.

Here are some important points you should know:

1) We cover tariffs for all USA buyers, DDP shipping. Currently, we can't ship to HI or AK.

2) Orders are shipped in 3-8 days. Out-of-stock items may take a few days longer. Delivery to the USA/ Canada via Standard Shipping is about 10-15 days. To European Countries and most parts of Australia, delivery takes about 8-14 days. If you have urgent needs, please contact us before placing your order. Unexpected delays may happen in international shipping, but we will keep you updated.

3) We cover tariffs for USA buyers. Customers from other countries are responsible for the duties and taxes. Please consult the tariff information from your customs office before you purchase.

4) We send your order to the address shown on your order. We can change the delivery address before shipping. Please advise of any address change before your order is shipped. A phone number is strongly recommended for delivery purposes, which would greatly reduce shipping issues. It will be shared with shipping companies but no one else.

5) Most of the appliqués are delicate and have the possibility of damage in international shipping, even if they are packed well with a protective backboard. The damage can be fixed with instant glue easily, and it won't affect the function and final appearance after they are stained or painted. We use plywood to protect the appliqués, but still, they will possibly be damaged (0.5% possibility) when rough handling occurs. We do not issue a refund for those small breakages.

6) We offer as many sizes and wood species as possible to meet customers' diversified demands. All the size details have been specified in the Item Description. Please read it carefully before placing your order, especially for those size-sensitive items. If any of the sizes are confusing, please feel free to contact us. Hand-made products: size tolerance is 1/16"--1/8", minor shape differences are allowed.

7) We have about 600 designs supplied in multiple sizes and in 6-9 different wood species. Most of the items are made to order, and you can request to cancel your order within 48 HOURS. The PAYPAL TRANSACTION FEE will be deducted from the refund.

Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to message or email us!
