We are PerfectCarvings at Etsy. We started to market our own brands with this new store: www.woodecors.com in 2024.
We do woodcarving and we do it well. Bookmark our store website and we will save your budget.

Here are some important points you should know:
1) Orders are shipped in 3-8 days. Shipment delivery to USA/ Canada via Standard Shipping now is about 1.5-2.5 weeks. To European Countries and most parts of Australia, delivery takes about 1.5-2 weeks. If you need the item urgently, please contact us for express shipping, which takes about 7-9 days. If unexpected delays happen, we will keep you updated.
2) Customers are responsible for the duty and taxes charged by the Customs of their countries. Please consult the tariff from your Customs office before you purchase.
3) We send your order to the address shown on your order. We can change the delivery address prior to the package sent. Please advise any delivery address change before item is shipped. A phone number is strongly recommended for delivery purposes, which would greatly reduce the shipping issues. It will be shared with shipping companies but no one else.
4) Most of the appliques are delicate and with the possibility of damage in internationl shipping, even if they are packed well with a protective backboard. The damage can be fixed with instant glues easily and it won't affect the function and final appearance after they are stained or painted. We use plywood to protect the appliques but still, they will be possibly damaged (0.5% possibility) when rough handling occurs. We do not issue a refund for those small breakages.
5) We offer as many sizes and wood species as possible to meet customers' diversified demands. All the size details have been specified in the Item Description. Please read it carefully before placing your order, especially for those size-sensitive items. If any of the sizes listed bothers you, please feel free to contact us. Hand-made products, Size Tolerance is 1/16"--1/8", minor shape difference are allowed.
7) We have about 600 designs supplied in multiple sizes and 5-9 different wood species. Most of the items are made to order and you can request to cancel your order in 72 HOURS. The PAYPAL TRANSACTION FEE will be deducted from the refund.
